add_storage.py: fix xfs formats, also redo saving of system_drive_list. Previously it would write the full list before processing any drives, now it writes the known list one drive ata time store database values when calling set_windowmanger.sh manually.

Currently it's not hooked up to anything, but hopefully in the near future it will be an automated process. add_storage will only prompt for new disks, it will skip the following: - optical disks - disks that are in fstab - disks that are mounted (but may not be in fstab) - disks smaller then 5mb refs #796
