PKGBUILD
- change dep python-docutils to python2-docutils
- removed rsyslog.logrotate
- add log_care.sh: LH uses log_care.sh as a cron job to maintain logs
- add groups=('base')
- replace rsyslog.conf with rsyslog.conf.linhes
- add mythtv.conf
- delete backup=('etc/rsyslog.conf' 'etc/logrotate.d/rsyslog') to ensure LH config
